Stop Trying to Cheat With SEO Games For Google Ratings – Build a Better Website!
We sure hear a lot about the importance of SEO or Search Engine Optimization and yet, it’s amazing that if everyone uses these same techniques, well they stop working. To me, it makes sense to use sound SEO principles, but that should be NO excuse to build a weak website with little or no value to the Surfing Public.
Is it really fair for one business to put up a cheesy website and take all the traffic away from more legitimate websites online in the same category? How about some guy working out of his house selling eBooks on “How to Buy Car and Health Insurance” whose website out ranks “Blue Cross Blue Shield” with millions of customers that are trying to find them each day online; does that really make any sense?
Worse, the guy selling the eBook is really selling a giant advertisement sales letter (hard to call it an eBook, it’s merely a 25-page long sales letter) and making money off AdSense ads on his website. In the book is really no relevant information, mostly just more hype like his website. This “Internet Entrepreneur” as he calls himself knows nothing about the subject, but makes $6,500 per month working from home.
And guess who has purchased one of those Ads from Google that displays on this guys website – the same Corporation that he was able to outrank through sneaky SEO trickery; is that fair? Shouldn’t these so-called tricky SEO online marketers stop playing games and ruining the “search experience” and informational value of the Internet? Why should unethical folks be making money while making life miserable for the seekers of information, knowledge, and legitimate search results?
